1 Chocolate Ugly Cake (Tastefully Simple of course)
1/2 c cold water
1 1/4 c hot water 
5 whole graham crackers(broken in half)
1/2 c. white choc chips
1 c marshmallow cream

We eat this a lot.  Sometimes we just eat it for lunch.  Molly loves to eat it with a spoon.2 avocados1 lime, juiced2 garlic cloves1 med. TomatoSalt and pepper to tasteGarlic saltA handful of Fresh cilantro, choppedSalt and Pepper to tasteMash the avocados, lime, and garlic with potato masher.
